Notification of papers' acceptance and reviews returned to the authors will be sent by the 15th of February 2013.

All papers will be peer-reviewed and only those papers reaching a high standard will be accepted (for both academic and empirical types of paper). In some cases the authors may be required to revise their papers before being accepted. There is no appeals process or opportunity to resubmit once a paper is rejected.

Papers' abstract will be published in the Proceedings prior to the conference.
Papers are accepted on the assumption that the manuscript is an original work and has not been copyrighted, published or accepted for presentation at any other conference in the same format. Authors of accepted papers (at least one person) must register, attend the conference and present the paper. By submitting a paper at least one of the authors agrees to be present at the conference.

A selection of best papers submitted will be published in a special issue of the International Journal of Wine Business Research and Supply Chain Forum: an International Journal.
